Riot more use of Marks and or buffs to boost damage

I really like what you have done with Ryze and the Flux.

It lets me know that I will do a lot more damage to my target and it lets my target know I will be doing a lot more damage. There is play and counter play.

If Riot can use more uses of Marks and Buffs to give burst it would make for better play

Some champs could mark you to get extra damage or affect from their other abilities. Some champs could get a buff that does the same. Each playing a different kind of role.

They could even play with champs that buff allies and then get bonus effect out of there other abilities.

Like could E and Ally and then her W on that ally would do something extra. Or her Q could give a bubble shield to an ally that pops doing some knockback.

I hope when Riot gets around to fixing they make good use of his Marks like they did with Ryze.
