Matchmaking of Hell

I have played a few Ranked today and yesterday and i am so tired of this Game now all the time i have flaming and feeding Teammates and there are even days it it is impossible to win a normal because of this. What is this latly why is it impossible most of the days to win a game because you team is just like this always You can play as good as you want it means nothin you cant climp ranks like this. There was a hard feeding Draven that flamed me hard because I as the Jungler wanted to gank his lane because he was 0/6 and at the end he says "I wont get you out of this Elo"

This Game is correktly umplayable like this I would rather have 10 min in Q instead of always have a team that flame and feeds Its always like playing agains SKT 1 and you team are just little Babys that smcht the Mouse. Pls Riot fix this i cant be that this has to be standard Isnt there a possibility to make a not Flamer Zone or something I dont want to report most of my team after every game.

I dont want to play a Game anymore what is impossible to enjoy
