Scuttle Crab Changes
So riot is trying to make more objective s contestable, and one they haven't touched at all is everybody's favorite river ward.
The problem I think with scuttle is that late game he just becomes so easy to kill, while early he is much more difficult. For a team wide buff (pretty large vision area and nice speed boost), it should be harder to get later on, instead of just being a passive grab while crossing the river.
I'm proposing that the more scuttle crab dies, the tankier he gets. Something like +150 hp/15 armor/15 magic resist per death. Also to make sure that true damage teams don't have an upper hand, remove the 25% damage amp when cc'd for true damage.
Also, to maybe make it more valuable, either the duration or the speed buff could be increased, or something twisted treelineesque could be implemented where controlling both scuttles at the same time gave a speed boost or mama regen or something everywhere in the river.
