More Items On Dominion
Could we get Essence Reaver, Bloodthirster, and Mercurial Scimitar? There may be a few items I'm forgetting, but the lack of really restricts a few characters' item builds, mostly ranged carries and Gangplank.

BT's somewhat less important, as Sanguine exists. Mercurial Scimitar is an interesting case, since Dervish Blade was made specifically so that assassins didn't have access to a high-AD QSS upgrade.
With the BF Sword changes though, it'd probably make sense to just re-enable BFS on CS/TT. BFS costs about as much as NLR, which did get re-added during the AP itemization update. ER and IE in particular would fill some current itemization gaps, especially since Pillager has a separate niche now.
Do you even care about Dominion Riot?
Pillager needs to be removed.
Nah, it serves a very different purpose from Infinity Edge in an ideal use case.
With IE, if you're shooting for the best raw DPS possible you want to stack IAS and Crit.
With Pillager you're mostly just augmenting your raw AD. With the changes to AD amounts on items, its ratio just needs to be looked at.
