If you're increasing Galio mana regen, then you must increase Gragas Mana regen too

I might be one of the few players that plays only Gragas Mid but he is very mana hungry and his mana regen is pure garbage since he spam his Q more times to poke and to wave clears. If he wants to wave clear he lets his Q charge up and he has to E,W the wave, while Galio can just Q and then AA the waves. He either waste mana to wave clear or he either waste it to poke which doesn't even do alot of damage. Please Increase Gragas mana pool and mana regen.
