Why Lucian will be ruined and how to fix him

So since the adcs i agree, are extremely good rn there are 2 adcs that aren't as good. These are and . The thing is Riot will nerf the crit items since all the other op adcs are abusing them. But the thing is uses a lot crit items but he was the only one who actually didn't become op. He has a 48 % winrate and when riot nerfs the items he will become shit tier, possibly the champion everyone jokes about like the old or the old and when it goes too far Riot is gonna rework him. But I really don't wanna get him reworked! Apart from his w he is awesomley designed! So i say u should give him a big buff in the same patch the items get nerfed . The buffs should be : bonus range, since Luc is the lowest range ADC he is only good at going all in, can't poke for shit, and buff his basic stats a bit so he gets a better feeling. Hope @riot has a look at this and everyone tell me pls what do you think i might be wrong.
