Maybe it is just me, but it seems like Shyvana is a bit strong right now, dealing tons of damage and receiving hardly any in return in her dragon form. Maybe just a coincidence, but I played like 3 games of brawlers, and whichever team had Shyvana won, with Shyvana doing extremely well (like 2x k/d ratio). Thoughts?

Shyv was already pretty strong, but then they added Sated Dev. It makes alot of junglers broken.
Its not just you. Shyvanna is op right now because of devourer.
The buff to devourer helped her out immensely, since she scales off Attack Speed more than any other stat for offense.
Her main shtick is dealing damage, unlike other fighters that have more reliable CC. Her kit also makes her a bit hard to itemize against as she gets a good amount of on-hit magic damage (Wit's End and Devourer being good items on her)
Well shes very useful on BMB.
She can wave clear very well, and shes good @ counter jungling (this gives her krakens).
But that does not stop you from playing Shyvana, or banning her. There are certain champions that are better on this map, but a champ is only as effective as it's team comp

She literally can't top lane anymore.
And despite being "OP" she's hardly breaking 50% win rate in plat at 50.59% or in general at 50.83%.
Meanwhile WW, Kayle, and Xin are siting at 53+% win rate because they're better sated abusers than her.
She's by far the best devourer jungler, but... they aren't exactly dominant beyond a certian elo. Devourer junglers thrive in situations where there is little coordination and little exploitation of weaknesses. Shyvanna has near no gankint capability pre-6, and her level 6 ganks are still subpar.
Yes, with Sated Devourer Shyvanna deals tons of damage, but thats because she's a damage-heavy bruiser who's using a damage item. She's still got counterplay, and she isn't even the best jungler right now.
