Server closer to people in the Africa region

Hay Rito , 1st just want to tell you how amazing this game is , it`s really all i do the whole day long and already spent allot of money on the game. Absolutely love this game.

But Rito please think about creating a server close to people in Africa , I live in South Africa and me and everybody i know is playing on the EUW server because it is the nearest but the best MS we can get even with a good internet connection is around 230-240. I know you are going to reply by saying there are too few players in the region , but why not take a risk because i really know allot of players in Africa who really want to play this game but switch to Dota 2 instead because Dota 2 has a server in South Africa. The annual RAGE computer gaming and comicon event is host to THOUSANDS of African Players but the tickets is just expensive and only lasts a few days.

So please Rito think about it and please reply so i can hear your`e thoughts about this.
