What to build on Kindred ?

BRK, IE, Stormrazor, all are super expensive items and with this season's jungle not being worth a penny you can't afford an expensive stuff without falling behind for a while unless you're fed. So what to build now ?

My favorite Kindred build is to rush the Ring of Repick and then take a K6 or Kayn instead
