Eve's execute indicator seems very off

You can see Svenskeren waits until it appears to ult and yet J4 still lives by around 100 hp

It's not an execute indicator, it tells you they will take double damage
The ability says "doubled against enemies below 30% of their maximum health" which is what the indicator is for. It's not an Execute. Riot even says in the Spotlight that bad timing can leave the enemy escaping with little health.
