Order of Masteries & Items

Hello dear reader.

I have a little question about the order certain items synergize with certain masteries. I am, in this case, talking about Courage of the Collossus (Gain a shield for 10 + 10 per level + 7% of your maximum health for each nearby enemy champion for 4 seconds after hitting an enemy champion with hard CC. (30 second cooldown))

CotC is a really lovely mastery for me, mainly because it's sincerely strong, on a righteous cooldown. I am just curious however, in which order it works regarding Heal & Shield buffs.

Say, I have Runic Armor rank 5 (Shields, healing, regeneration and lifesteal on you are 8% stronger), and . In what order will CotC get buffed by all these effects?

I would love to hear an answer for this, so I can have a great vision at all times of how effective my CC will help me to tank turrets better!
