Search feature should search all champions when in the banning stage.

When searching for a champions while in the selection screen you shouldn't be limited to the current category you are on. With the limited amount of champions shown it makes no sense to be able to search through them. It would also help for banning phases as you don't have to leave the current champion selection screen that your role is on and you can ban the desired champion smoother.
