Question about the new Lethality items in Season 7

This may be a stupid question,

I've noticed the new Lethality items say "UNIQUE Passive: +20 Lethality" (Yes, I know how unique passives work), and this is for every item that adds Lethality. Does this mean that you can only get a maximum of 20 Lethality by only buying one of the three Lethality items? (Not including runes/Masteries) And does this mean it isn't viable to get both Duskblade AND Youmuu's Ghostblade?

Again, probably a dumb question but I want to make sure I know.

Unique passives without names will stack if on different items. Its like CDR

it will stack since it doesnt have a name on the unique passive. it wont stack if you stack ghostblades. this is to prevent abuse of items like bloodthirster (which if you stack you get 120% lifesteal), but oyu can still get around 50% lifesteal with all the lifesteal items.
