Teammate Ability Bar [TAB]
The Teammate Ability Bar [TAB] What is it and how does it add to the game? Well Mr. Maple the TAB shows what abilities your TEAMMATES are spending their level points into.
But you never answered why it should be added to the game! I feel like this should be added to the game just to help in almost every part of gameplay, let me explain.
Player-To-Player coordination Example: [Without TAB] Sivir is low on health after a red side invade but stays in lane, we could kill her but it's too risky, I don't know what Morgana started.
[With TAB] Sivir is low on health after a red side invade but stays in lane, we could kill her, and, OH! Morgana started Q! pings Sivir, gets kill Thanks TAB!
Yes, I know that example is weird, but it is better than me trying to explain how it boots Player-To-Player coordination, onto the next aspect of gameplay.
Understanding of your teammates' abilities I will actually explain this one! So, this feature is essentially the description of your abilities when you mouse over them, but this time when you mouse over the abilities on the TAB. That leads me to another topic...
What the TAB looks likes and where it's located Well the TAB would go on the RIGHT side of each champion's portrait (The Champion bar located on the left side) the icons would be down-sized to fit the portrait, and the ability's level points would be numbers next to the icon, and when moving your cursor over a teammate's ability, shows its description, as stated above, but also down-sized.
Also shows ULT cooldowns Yes, I know the green dot shows when teammates' Ults are up, but as if you were spectating a game, the ultimate wouled have a visual showing how long untill a teammate's Ult is up, for better planned teamfights, and ganks, as well as individual confidence.
Other Notes:
- Can be toggled on and off in settings -> Interface
- If TAB is toggled on replaces green dot, when toggeled off green dot is back (ultimate indicator)

I WILL SAY THAT THIS WAS MESSY, and that this could be taken the wrong way, flaming your teammates for choosing the wrong ability, or not for ulting, but to be honest you can do that currently.
