I had a thought about lvls 1-15

I made a smurf account recently so that I can practice some of my favorite champs more. And I've noticed a couple of things that now that I can look back on it, I didn't recognize before. The first thing I noticed is that there are level requirements for summoner spells, the ability to play ARAM, masteries, and the towers + bots.

The first thing is, if you limit Summoner Spells to two right away, then it'll cause people to look past their previous spells as minor in comparison to the newer ones, which can be easily false. And probably the most knowledge intensive spell is blocked until level 10. This is a smart move, causing Smite to be blocked until people get comfortable with the feel of the game. But once you hit level 10, some people are still under the level, and don't understand jungling at all. I propose a full on tutorial in game, once you hit level 10, that pops up on how to effectively use all the properties of smite. Of course this should be optional but the player should know that it is HIGHLY recommended that they learn this skill of the game.

ARAM is oddly blocked when some people might learn how to play better in team fights with the practice ARAM can provide. Especially implemented into bots where prompts and being able to pick a champ (in bots only) can teach people how to position and play during prolonged and short fights.

I'm sure that ya'll in Riot have this in the works already, but Masteries in the game as they are, feel worthless as you get mastery points. Seeing that I gain .8% attack speed is not an incentive to keep into my masteries and think about them. They don't get to see that they are going to gain 4% attack speed, and how important that can be. So I feel the simply change of allowing us to gain more mastery points per level, so we earn a full mastery block by level 7-9 instead of around 18. Also, maybe, just a small explanation in client that's optional to see on how they work and effect the game powerfully.

My first observation with towers, in the early levels especially, people become terrified of towers, afraid of the damage they can deal, and not understanding why they attack you and what makes them tick. There seems to be a lack of clairvoyance with the player on what they can and can't do in and near a tower.

I love this game, and I want new teammates and opponents all the time. And I feel privileged that I haven't faced and been with people that aren't on my friends list more than once or twice. I just hope that people keep getting interested into the game, and these are just some of the things that I've noticed that people are having the most trouble with.
