upcoming changes next season

I saw that one of the change coming next season is being able to change summoners in game. I think this would break the game as everyone would take smite to take baron/dragon faster and ignite early game to get quick kills. I feel the system we have right now is pretty balanced and that having to CHOOSE summoners and stick with them makes certain champs more balanced (SHACO ) and makes it so there is strategy going in to picking summoners and knowing what the other players summoners are changing this would remove a lot of the tactics since Why would you take tp early game when you could take ignite to win the lane and later on change it for a tp.

If you would like to change something make it so we can change summoners in the loading screen as I have more than once lost games because I or someone forgot to smite for JG.

This is my opinion please take into consideration.
