Thought the entire point of Shaco's rework was to tone down his early ganks?

Safe to say that didn't happen. One thing I don't understand is why stealth is still in this game and why you allow assassins to have a myriad of different escapes that litterally makes them impossible to catch?

Shaco is hands down the most retarded cancerous champion in the entire game.
