Hextech Chest Bundle Daily Limit Reset?

Since I'm aware there is a limit on how many of these chest/key combos a player can purchase each day, I'm wondering when the reset is for this? Is it based on when I bought the chests/keys, or is it a fixed time, like 3 a.m. every day?
