New PBE pings: A suggestion

As of right now, you can ping some specific abilties and item cooldowns among some other things.

Why not just enable the pings for every ability and item cooldown? I'd suggest to enable it for everything and let players choose if it makes sense to ping something. There are a lot of abilities that are worth pinging the cooldowns for but aren't enabled for that yet.

Also, I don't understand why infinity edge was listed as a pingable item. Can you ping the amount of gold needed to buy it? And if yes, why can you do that with only that item and not with any item?
