Items disparity

2600 Gold - 600 Shield from all dmg compared to 3250 Gold - 350 Shield from magic dmg . Is there a balance team somewhere ????? 2900 Gold should be ateast 3200 for such an amazing defensive item that provides also offensive stats 2500 Gold - with those stats and a free dash with damage on 40 sec CD ? really don't see anu issues here ? 2650 Gold - 40% magic pen compared to 2800 - 35 % armor pen, when the bigest MR item is for AP/support champs with 60 MR for tanks it's only 55 bruisers 50 when compared to armor you have 100/80/70 armor options (not to mention champions have more Armor then MR ) so why for godsake void gets more PEN and for cheaper price? introduced as a option for tanks to do dmg , why the hell it has 75 AP ???

Is there anyone ??? Seriously this game is getting so **** it's despicable and someone gets paid for balancing it , there are obvious things and nobody adresses them at all.
