Is Vlad bad right now or am I just rusty?

As the question says, so I don't play many mages but one of the mages that I do play is Vlad, and I use to be a really good vlad, even got a penta on him once. But lately I have a very high loss rate with him, and I still don't consider myself a bad vlad.

So am I just rusty and in denile about it, or is this a legit bad meta for vlad?
