Advice for a fizz player

So basically I am Mastery 5 with both tokens for 6. But, i feel like all i really developed was Ult accuracy and my CSing . I still cant always get fed with and i attempt to make plays ive seen some great players make and i normally die. Once i tried to be super flashy and dodge a Lux ult then get close to her to ignite her then q to a minion and escape. But i messed up and hopped off the trident to early panicked and the did my Q into their udyr . Although this was a while ago i still feel like i could easily make the same mistake So are there any fizz players out there who can offer some tips and tricks. My normal runes are Domination as primary and I run electrocute ,Sudden Impact, Eye ball Collection, and Relentless Hunter. My secondary is normally Sorcery with Scorch and either Ultimate Hat(Idk why i just like calling myself daddy jaws with my 36sec ult cooldown) or Celerity. I always bring and on . When i say tips and tricks I mean like the trick with Playful/Trickster and Zhonyas . Or the list of good people to prioritize for your ultimate like the adc in the back destroying your tanks .
