The Estimated Time in Queue is broken, becouse it shows that you need to wait for about 20 seconds. Riot added an iliusion, so people wouldn't be pissed-off after seing 20 minutes Queue waiting time. I picked the least playable roles, support and jungle...
Every morning I have to wait for 20-30 minutes as an average. At day time, I need to wait for about 10-15 minutes, at least.
I tried reinstalling the client and every thing I could think about, hoping that it's a glitch, but it obviously, it didn't worked.
