High ms for no reason

Im the only one who got higher ping for no reason?? I used to have around 50-55 now its all the way up to 70, i know it isnt much but it feels laggy. Its because of clash or something? League is full or whats happening. I called my internet provider and they said there s nothing wrong with my internet and im using the same router . I tried restarting it , resetting, everything.
