I really hate this new staircase system. I mean if the rewards increased proportionally then fine. But to me, the system feels slow awkward, and ultimately unsatisfactory

It's building up to a milestone level that gives you a bigger chest with more champion shards and an unlockable emote, then the leveling speed resets back to what it was at level 30.
