Teams swap when someone dodges

Every time I go into ranked, I'm in what looks like a good team comp. Everything is fine, we're all friendly. Then, on the 3rd or 4th pick someone dodges and I get flopped to the other team, now we know who to ban to fuck up their picks and my new team is either toxic or never communicates. I can either decline the queue and wait for the next game, or just fight my new friends and horribly lose.

At this point it's a huge pain in the ass and I have no idea why it happens. Praise team builder may our savior one day return
