The Problems with All Random gamemodes.

ARURF, ARAM, and ARSR are designed to be fun gamemodes without oppressive or no counter play team comps. However I have found that these modes are not entirely random. As far as I have seen the system attempts to "balance" the game. However this does not seem to fully do its job as you can still see full hard CC teams in URF. Also I seem to be seeing more champions that I am familiar with over and over again. As much as it might seem helpful, I do not consider it fun. The whole point of a "random" gamemode is to have variety. I do not consider getting the same 15 champs 3 times over 40 games variety when I have 90 champs in my pool. All random gamemodes lose their fun after very few games, in my opinion. It would be more fun if the game was either completely random (full RNG from your champ pool with no strings attached) or a system that is random but will only allow you to get the same champ a small number of times before removing from your pool until you have played other champs. This, to me, would be way more fun than having the same champs repeatedly, even if I'm playing an OP champ. Winning constantly isn't fun, and neither is losing constantly. With a truly random mode, no counterplay teams become really bad luck as opposed to a failed attempt to balance the game.

Riot's confirmed on several occasions that that's essentially how the system currently works, aside from excluding mirror matches and duplicate allied champs.

Keep everything the same, but just give them all a ban phase.
