Please remove dynamic Q

It's so awful, as an almost pure solo player, its a huge pain to have to put up with 4 man dynamic q that refuses to communicate with the lone solo q player at best, and flame at worst. I'm not the best player in the world, but I personally feel that good communication improves my play and limits my mistakes. Like how in cod they have mercenary modes where there are no parties allowed, I feel an unique que should be brought in with the same principle where its 5 solo players vs 5 solo players.
