How to get out of Elo Hell?

Hello, My name is....you know what, let's just call me Noob. I'm a 8/10 main sup player but i can do all other lanes 5-7/10 id say, i'm stuck in Silver 2, climbing to s1 then falling to s5 and going back again. I know im in Elo Hell not cause i'm silver, but because i gotta warn ppl not to go 1v5 or to actually use the ***ing lantern and such. Sometimes i even think that there is some secret organisation playing people to troll, flame and afk on start of the game.

I am here to listen to your advice's , tips and tricks or bad jokes and salty quotes. Just tell me, what are your ideas on, or how did you get out of this Elo Hell?
