Question about new Anivia changes?

So I read the patch notes and it said that Anivia's E is now based off the edge of her champion hit box instead of the center, now my question is that if Anivia's size changes, such as Lulu ulting her for example causing her to be larger, is the range based off of Anivia's new hit box? Or the previous one before she was big?
