Can we talk about client issues?

I can't be the only person getting error messages popping up all the time now and randomly getting kicked out of lobbies. My queue will pop and nothing but a frozen blank screen will pull up. After that I get penalized for "dodging" when it was a client issue not mine. I know this is a recent issue because it has never been a problem until this last patch it seems. Anyone else experiencing this?
