To the people confused about patches 6.17 and 6.18

These patches are not about balance. These patches are about what riot wants to be played at worlds. Look at who got buffed and who got nerfed.

They don't want to see farm and then eventually destroy everyone. They want to see some epic outplays and early level cheese.

They don't want to see just farm and then catch someone out. They want to see going ham and juggling 3 axes and just overall looking cool. Or getting those cross map snipes with ult.

They want to see 3k elo shockwaves , madlife plays and clutch black shields that save an adc so they can get the penta . They want to see insect the enemy adc or get hit 5 people with his ult.

The ranked season is nearly over so they really have no reason to not make large scale changes for worlds. This is how we ring in the preseason
