People ask for more tenacity...

....But want CC based, utility tanks to be buffed.

Aren't tanks SUPPOSED to be the ones Crowd Controlling enemies? The more tenacity there is in a game, the harder it is for tanks to CC champions, but tanks also have to soak CC in teamfights

Although tanks are supposed to take CC, don't forget that lots of Bruisers take tenacity as well. Not to mention Juggernauts . Bruisers and Juggernauts MUST be CCed to ensure that your carries survive a teamfight, and these champions usually have .

If you want more Tenacity, Tanks will be Tankier, as the will be CCed less, and therefore be taking less free damage.

If you want Tanks to have more Utility, and succeed more at diving the enemy team to lock down an enemy, you will have to trade off for tenacity.

You can't choose both, you need to decide if you want Utility Tanks to have more utility or to be tankier.

Sidenote: Another thing, if Tanks are OP and have too many tank stats becomes OP too. Just saying.
