Complaints From a Long Term Player

So let me get this right, the new match making system via roles is supposed to reduce the toxicity amongst players who argue over roles. Now, I know the game has grown a lot since Season 4, so explain to me why with this new system it is taking me 6-8 mins to find a shitty game just like before even when I press fill? Or are the player numbers just getting lower and that's why it is taking forever? Oh! And the auto fill is great! Love it. Just like the good ole days, except I know for a fact that the troll is going to be in the support role. I didn't mind learning all the roles to climb, I preferred it.
