RANKED FOR THE BETTER.
Imagine if ranked gave lp based on.... your personal performance ,yes wining matters, but i think if you carry or deal tons of damage yet still loose you should just not loose lp for a good game , but rather if you winn and you did no healing/damage/assassinating/seiging... you shouldnt be rewarded for it as much, let the truly good players shine.
so in other words wining matters but your not so dependent on others and a system can be built so that every role has a fair chance do do well. Honestly if you tell yourself that a couple months from now you'd be mad if you loose 24 lp for feeding and not deserve it your lying, but lets say your that support
or mid
laner who went 10.4.7 at the end of a 30 min game, and you only loose 4 lp.... WELL THEN, thats great. and this can be based off off mmr so if you always do well your more forgiven but if you don't then its not the end for you. HEY RIOT THINK THIS SOUNDS COOL? i mean it would keep the teamwork part important but it also fixes flaming for the most part, because then people cant look to teammates and always blame as easily. you can base lp gain off of how many assists a support
got and how much healing they did, or by how many towers the
top laner took how many kills they got... orrrr by how much damage was taken by a tank
, also i wouldn't make it matter to much based off of cs(because cs is something you should just worry about for gold ,and you dont want everyone justt csing in lane the entire game for 2 hours to break the system or never help teammates.) , but you get what im saying , a player can have one thing they excelled at and if they did that one thing REALLY well then a loss or unlucky loss strieke shouldn't be as stressful to them the only thing to worry about is how well can you perform and how well you can work with your team to reach that win buff to your lp at the end. the win buff is big, but also if you go 2/2/2 then you loose lp like you would normally, im saying only the person who did really well in the loss doesn't suffer that loss, and this allows riot to keep their lp system while adding modifications to it, hard it is but isnt this a cool idea? who can dissagree unless your afraid you arent good when it comes to it, for the player community and the pros i think it wouldn't be a horrible change.
if you think to yourself you generally don't do that well in losses , but there's always half the time that you feel you should loose a little less lp because you did well... NOW, i have high mmr so i don't have to worry about loosing much lp on losses, SO THIS IS ONLY based off of what i purely believe. so, try it please. and please try to look at it as not a huge difference between now and before.
