Remakes still lower MMR?
I get less LP after a remake and it's always a worse match in terms of quality opponents and/or teammates.
Am I delusional?

They surely are not supposed to and I personally can't share your experience. But since a regular loss is hardly noticable in terms of MMR I'd argue that placebo may play a role in this.
With that being said, who knows where the Carbonara is hidden, right?
