With the change to Teemo shrooms, can we get something similar to the Shaco box hp?

So basically in the PBE Riot has changed shrooms to be take multiple hits via auto attacks to destroy them. Can we get something similar so that when a box is place it doesn't immediately die from one spell? Or like when spins to win through a box location, neither the fear or box damages him as his e immediately kills the box before it can even attack. Would there be some way to make things consistent? Thoughts?
