Please nerf Vayne

Hi, though I posted a thread some time ago defending ADCs being the 'problem of the game' (though even there I did not defend Vayne at any length) I'm starting to think something's wrong with Vayne. There must be a reason why she's the most picked ADC right now to the point that I see her in like 3/5 games I might play in a day. She wouldn't be the most picked if people weren't sure she has capabilities superior to most of the other options available given her current state.

Her kit which provides mobility, dodge capabilities, hard crowd control in the form of a stun, true damage, % health damage, invisibility and an ultimate ability which lasts an enormous 8-12 seconds even at a glance is just grossly overloaded to the point that it makes other ADC champions like Jhin or Jinx which lack most of these look like a joke in comparison, as if they're inferior choices.

I'm not saying gut her nor has she been the most obnoxious champion to lane against (and the times she was was because of being fed due to my team being incompetent) but... please just balance things out. Either change/reduce some elements of her kit or strengthen other options available which can be used to counter her.
