Changes to Summoner's Rift Idea

Hey guys, I've been mulling over the fact that Summoner's Rift hasn't seen much change since Season 4. Since I started LoL around early season 5, I dont know much since Season 5 aside from seeing YouTube videos. But since this is Season 6 now, shouldn't we start seeing SOME changes to our beloved map?

I think back in Season 2 or 3, the had a winter-esque style to the rift, and I had the idea of why not change the map according to season or month? Like during the Fall months, the leaves from the nearby trees would change color and have the array of colorful leaves fall to the ground? Or even have a certain theme to the map, like a Volcanic crator , oasis , or even a dessert ? Of course, with map changes, you'd have too change the looks of the towers and the jungle camps, but why should that really change how they are?

Or even better, put up for sale Map Packs where players can buy the kind of maps they want to play on, then have a huge 10 person vote on what map to play on? It's all the same Summoner's Rift style combat and playstyle, but it just has a different paint job. Tell me what you think!
