How to win lane? (as mid)

I had the same issue, everything hits so hard so any slip up is pretty much over. Unless you have jungle help or manage to outsmart your opponent, Ive had games where I am 40cs up on my opponent, as they are 0/0/0 and still burst me as if there was no advantage lol. I think its just the current state of the game. Here is my solution that worked for me : I uninstalled*[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]*

Play what your champ is good at and try to roam to make plays. If your jungler doesn't help but the enemy jungler camps you, farm as passively as you can, push when they're not around, and roam asap. If you can't roam, holding your laner is fine. If the enemy roams, try to match or push to tower to make him pay for leaving lane.

If your champ is good with waveclear, then just hard shove and roam.

If your champ is better for poke/skirmish, focus on that to get the enemy low so your jg can come in and you get a kill or assist. Then hard shove and back.

If you're getting beat down in lane, focus as much as you can on just getting all of your cs and not taking too many bad trades. Try to outfarm if possible, so if you can push or poke then try it but not if it puts you in a shitty spot. It's not worth walking into a malz ult just to get one auto on him, y'know?
