You need 3 fragments to forge an augment cache, so why does the DISRUPTION cache only give two fragments? There is no other way to get more augment cache fragments other than buying the icons..
Or am I missing something? 
The Caches are designed so that you will need more then one in order to create a chest. The disruption and the other three bundles that were available for IP should be enough to make several chests. Just remember that this may be a free to play game, but it was made with the purpose of making money. Every Rune, Page, and Champion are available without RP. And now they have given players the opportunity to get skins for free as well. So this is a way of offering more free content while still encouraging players to spend a little.
To force you to spend more 295 RP in one more augmented chest, so you have a CHANCE to gain the remaining fragment
u can disenchant them into orange essence at the end of the even i think??
If I'm not mistaken, there's a small chance to get a fragment from augmented caches.
