Riot did you serously buff fresh blood down to a 6 second cooldown from 9 on PBE...

While completely disregarding the power advantage ranged get from it among other masteries over melee who have to commit to a trade jsut to get one proc off every 20 or more seconds.

Please fire your mastery team and replace them with Hashinish. He would do a better job then this ranged advantage bullshit. And that is saying something since it is Hashinshin.
