Thank you for nerfing Talon's early game riot but......

Why did you completely gut LeBlanc if you were just trying to bring mid assassins in line? I mean her W is reduced by over 50% on both high and low ranks, unlike talon who only got low rank nerfs which aren't even that bad....

It's obvious you want to nerf oppressive early game assassins and I can understand that, but you merely nerfed one's early game slightly while completely gutting the other. Talon is just as oppressive as old LeBlanc in the right hands but just because faker and other LCS and LCK players preferred LeBlanc for a long time you guys decided to gut her, while merely love tapping Talon's early game now that you see faker picking him in LCK?
