We need a hotfix on the Cotc A.S.A.P

This cannot wait till the following patch its too strong and the champions that can abuse it don't even need much armor items in order to execute a steam roll down mid. How can something end up so over tuned?? How can riot allow these "mistakes" to keep happening ?? Your company made close to 624 million dollars last year yet you cannot keep the game balanced especially around these ridiculous key stones. My point is as a company you have to many fuckin resources to keep letting these things just swing by, you would think with all that money they make off of skins they could balance the game better or at least see and STOP these nuisances before they even occur because the community sees it and calls it before it happens and then it happens and people complain and this never ending cycle of why you did it riot ? continues yet further.
