I've just realized - Is Nunu the AP equivalent of old Gangplank?

He has a:

Heal Movespeed and Attack Buff increase he can share Low cooldown, high scaling, targeted ability AOE ultimate that slows

Of course he fills an actual niche, and is apparently strong right now with his changes, so a rework won't likely happen.

But is he ugly as sin.
