Kindred's passive tells you when Quinn switches to Valor

Valor has his own minimap icon, and those icons seem to be recycled for Kindred's passive.

Even if she's well out of enemy vision, the enemy Kindred who has Quinn marked will have the target change to Valor if Quinn ults to move around the map. The ult is generally only used for escapes or to pick people off, so was it intended to reveal that kind of information to the enemy?

Now that I think about it, Garen's passive probably also does the same thing if Quinn becomes the villian.
