Am I the only one that likes the focus towards early game?

I'm so sick of dragging games for 45 minutes etc, because no objectives/kills/towers are taken until 20 minutes. The game was slow moving and I feel like the preseason changes are a good step in the right direction to make league more fast paced and interactive. Thoughts?
