Is riot ever going to fix the particles in this game?

So its been what 7 years now or so....and the particles on this game still compare to snes mario bros level detail. Particles match hit boxes about 40% of the time at max & in some cases (morgana q, lux q, lux r, xerath q, xerath e, fiora w, etc, etc, etc ,etc ,etc ,etc) the failure to match these two things together is so egregious you mine as well consider the developers monkeys with hammers. Is there any plan whatsoever to address these issues or is money the only thing that currently matters to you?
