@Boards Community - Post your inquiries and complaints about changes to PBE in boards

Don't let the idea that PBE changes are not "official" psyche you guys out. If no1 complains about the problems that riot's balancing causes, then we're stuck with OP changes on the live server at least until the next patch. So please post all concerns about PBE in boards so we can discuss the changes and help riot make better decisions*[slayer-jinx-wink]*
