Different and very important opinion on Faker's shaking hands.

I personally don't think that Faker hands was shaking because of stress. I mean I play LoL from beta. And I never had problems with my hands. I played a lot of games every season and my hand was alright. But then I am not so sure if it is from start of this season, but my hands started to shake after playing for a long time. And when they shake they look like Faker's hand on video. Now let me explain why I think that the game started to be unhealthy for certain players.

Faker is a player who is famous for his high dpi and a lot of clicks per minute, i am just hardstuck diamond, but this one we have common I click a lot and I play on 3000 dpi also. IT allows you to almost not move your hand. But there is some trick I don't know why but when I play URF it's way better for hand to play on 1200 DPI. I think that you are just over-using neural capacity of body, since everything is happening too fast you need to at least lower DPI. And well look at current game, it's exhaustive - like we play half-urf. 45% CD new champs with cd resets, one shots, no breaks, everything happening too fast.

To support my idea let's take a look at pro players who played this game too long: Uzi under-performing. Rekkles not even trying to play adc and when he does his face is in pain. Diamondprox didn't even won CIS. Doublelift couldn't shine in worlds. SOAZ, PAWN, PRAY and many more retiring. Technically all of them should be hard-carry players because they have so much experience by now. But they are just getting smashed by younger players. Simply because of problems with hands that is my opinion.

So I think that if you want to keep your old players and old PRO stars you have to slower your game.

You really are comparing your soloq games to a game on a grand stage, in front of thousands of people, in a crucial match that you know that if you lose you are out and that you might have made the play that more than likely cost your team everything? Like the two don't even come close

Interesting comment, it might apply to certain players and even Faker himself, but I don't believe this is the case for this situation.

Look at Faker as a whole, not just his hand, from his jaw to his face, I don't even think he was trembling because he was nervous, he was trembling because he had adrenaline rush.

His jaw is trembling when he speaks, he's talking fast and can't control himself.

That is adrenaline rush, if you haven't experienced one while playing a game it's because you haven't been really into the experience that is kill or be killed when you have people counting on you.

I remember the very first time I had one and I couldn't even talk, my heart was going so fast and hard I thought something was wrong with me.

Those rushes are gone by the time you embrace the situation, this is how you play under pressure, Faker has been that calm player who doesn't seem to crack under pressure but... Hey I guess if I were the thing dragging down my team in the most important game of my life I would be like that.

Remember Faker had to deal with multiple feelings at once, for one being playing badly, he played like shit from the beginning I have to wonder if something else was going on off the game, thinking about the people he is letting down, he might get so much shit back at home for his performance, letting down his partners, the coup was slipping away from him when he said he do bring home the championship this year, being defeated by the same team over and over again, knowing his every move cost his team something, because this is not the only time he screw up.

Yes, Faker cracked under pressure, that doesn't mean he's done for, it means Faker is going to learn from this experience and manage himself better next time, that if he gets help from someone who can teach him about his feelings, how to manage them.

There is a Chinese Anime/webseries Called The Kings Avatar. Its about Gamers, APM and hand speed. As well as how older players have to leave when they cant keep up the APM.

Might be up on YouTube still as they had some English subs as official promotion.

Excessive clicking is something that can mess with your hands/wrists pretty bad. But I think pro teams probably have a system for stretching to prevent carpal tunnel syndrome.

I'm not gonna diagnose someone I don't know, but I think teams know how to prevent serious injury, so I think it's more likely from stress. He probably had more pressure on him than usual considering last time he was at worlds and how upset he was.

This is a problem most old League players are developing.

#For the naysayers: Try to play some click intensive champions like Nidalee or Leblanc, and you'll feel it after a single game. And then imagine what it's like after 3000+ games of playing champions like that.

Imo, League is wearing down my hands faster than my job, which requires lifting 40 lb buckets and manhandling 500 lbs barrels are wearing down my shoulders/back/and legs.
